Arrival — Settling in, brief nervous system and somatic movement education
Grounding — Intentional breath, body awareness, grounding
Warm-up — Shaking, warming the body up, following sensation
Open Movement — Guided movement and free expression movement
Closing — Coming back into grounding and noticing shifts in state
